By submitting an application for a Discord server staff role, I acknowledge any Discord server staff role is voluntary and unpaid, and does not create an employee, contractor, or agency relationship with Josh Universe or affiliates. I accept full responsibility for my actions and agree that Josh Universe is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from my participation, whether by me or third parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I agree to indemnify and defend Josh Universe against such claims. This agreement is governed by Melbourne, FL law, and if any part is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
